Search, then introduce yourself
Find a listing, create a free account and complete your sailing CV before you message the owner.

Request the charter
Authorise payment and wait up to 24 hours. The booking is confirmed only if the owner accepts.

Meet, then review
After acceptance you receive each other’s contact details. When the charter ends, rate the experience.
Owners publish the listing, reply to messages and decide whether to accept a request. Payment is captured only after that acceptance, and contact details stay private until then.

Is The Lux Boat currently focused on Thailand?
Yes. Thailand is the initial destination for this website. The site structure can support additional destinations as the business expands.
Can I request a specific type of boat?
Yes. You can filter published listings by boat type, or tell the owner what you need in a message. Availability still depends on the dates and the owner’s acceptance.
Are prices and availability shown live on this website?
Published listings show the owner’s daily price. Searching by date hides boats that already have a pending or confirmed charter for those days. Review the listing before you request a booking.
When is payment taken?
You authorise payment when you request a charter. If the owner accepts within 24 hours, the booking is confirmed. If they decline, or do not respond in time, the authorisation is released.
Can you help plan a special occasion or multi-day trip?
You can describe your occasion, itinerary and group in a message to the owner or in the charter enquiry. Any trip still depends on the boat, the dates, sea conditions and local rules.
